As much as i'm not an overall fan of this development due to the lack of integration with Danforth GO, and the utilization of the non-residential space (especially considering the humnongeously long podium) i'll say this: i'll give full credit to the developer for the outstanding use of colour here.

This is what, the 2nd development in Toronto this millennium which has used red on the tower portion of a build? It looks outstanding. Let's see if the sales/rentals suffer here (like oh so many developers like to claim partly for their use of sterile cladding choices).

Could do without the background colour of grey, which just reminds me of our cloudy winters, but otherwise the colour is nice to see. Kudos deserved for incorporating colour across this project and for the lack of balconies.
