Agreed, but this makes it the perfect spot for an institution like a university to go ahead with revitilization thereby giving the private sector more reason to develop the surrounding area.
 
They were really struggling to put on the last panel closest to the library on Gould a on Friday, When I walked by they were putting it on, and still fiddling with it 2 hours later when I walked by again.
 
Agreed! It's certainly funky and eye-catching in a very good way. I can see this being one of the most photographed new buildings as it comes together.
