A proposed 3-tower redevelopment of a small commercial plaza located at 689 Oxford Street West in London near Oxford/Wonderland, consisting of three towers (17s, 18s, and 21s) and an elevated parking garage placed along the elevated CN Rail corridor. Was approved by the City of London mid-2022 and the first phase of development will consist of only the 17s tower.
