Official Plan and Zoning by Law Amendment application to permit an 11 storey mixed use building with 168 residential units and a total gross floor area of 10,765 m2. Vehicular access to the site will be provided by a single driveway via Sheppard Avenue East. The proposed development will provide a total of 101 parking spaces located in a two-level underground garage. A total of 177 bicycle parking spaces are proposed, including 157 long term bicycle parking spaces and 20 short term bicycle parking spaces.

No new renderings are updated in the database at the given moment. While we will be awaiting the latest DevApp submission for the newest rendering submission from the applicant. The unit count increased from 169 units to 174 units while the Parking spaces reduced 115 spaces to 101 spaces. Total building storey count went from 11-storeys to 12-storeys and the new total GFA is10818.1m square and no retail spaces.

Interesting. I'm really glad to see this part of Bayview further intensified, although the material choice is...questionable. It's better than a spandrel mess, but not by as much as I'd imagine when typing this.
