Oh great, so they literally created an expanded resting place/nesting area for pigeons to s*** on. And to top it all off, they didnt even clean up the existing s***.

...and in case any was wondering about those cut out circles in the lower canopy, they're probably pigeon potty holes. Be weary of running under here to get out the rain. /eww

They’ve since added an additional detail, these panels fronting the whole thing. Unfortunately I don’t think it makes it any better.
