New renderings are updated in the database! The following information is updated in the project description!

The total unit count decreased from 634 units to 474 units. The total building storey count changed from 23 and 21 storeys to 19 & 18 storeys. The overall building height changed from 80.0m & 74.10m to 68.40m & 65.45m. Finally, the total parking space count decreased from 205 parking spaces to 155 parking spaces.
 
No new rendering is updated to the database. The only changes are the total unit count went from 474 units to 419 units. Finally, the total parking space count changed from 155 parking to 159 parking.

To alter the redevelopment plan for a 18 and 19-storey residential building approved under Site Specific By-laws 1180-2022(OLT) and 1181-2022(OLT) by permitting to increase the height of each tower by two storeys and increase the permitted gross floor area for the Property. The Property is currently under construction.
