Did anyone attend the 21 Jan 2012 UJA event at the ROM? Apparently they (Burnett family) were a sponsor.

Anyone know the latest development for this project? Did they break ground?

I attended the groundbreaking, they had a nice afternoon party for owners with DJ and drinks with a photographer to take pictures of you with a shovel in the ground. The digging has begun!

4 years and 14 posts. Is this a record for least amount of interest in a new condo project? I always thought that this area was a little isolated, but yet it's so close to the subway.
