A settlement proposal endorsed by council has been made public, which sees the following changes:
  • Removal of the 12-storey building element along Oxley Street, in favour of a
    201.5 square metre POPS.
  • Height reduced from 188.2 to 185.1m
  • Total residential units reduced from 576 to 557
  • Total bicycle parking reduced from 635 to 617

A new merit hearing is tentatively scheduled for June 3; although it has not been officially converted to a settlement hearing at this time.
