If you look at the Cityplace website there's a tower shown in the front page rendering that look like its sitting directly between and to the north of the Harbourview towers. It also looks substantially taller than anything around it. Was that tower always shown as a placeholder for Signature, or is this new?

this one just went on sale right? i have a friend who just bought a condo at cityplace i think by concord adex on the 20th floor. i'm not sure if this is the project he bought. he said his unit is facing the lake, can someone confirm this? thanks in advance

Would this be on Block 33 with Quartz? There is a site plan application in the works for two towers at 38 and 42 storeys tall for Block 33, in addition to the Rezoning application for 5 towers total on Blocks 33 and 37.

That's a very old rendering showing the general massing of CityPlace.

The model is up in the sales office as of today. You can see it through the window on Spadina, along with the model for Quartz. Its been Panaroma in the window up until now.

Pics or it didn't happen. You have a Blackberry, no excuses.

I can tell this isn't Signature by the name, Spectra. It's just the plural of spectrum; hardly a name fitting for the signature tower at CityPlace. Nope, knowing our luck, CP will take a page from the steveve handbook and call it The Epic at CityPlace.
