This will be steel construction above the 1st floor, right? Should be fun to see how it's assembled as Rogers is known for their neat work with steel.

From the latest Budget Committee documents (regarding Budget for next year) "Project schedule and budget has been re-baselined based on the latest approvals from Council in May 2019. COVID-19 caused reduced productivity levels due to additional safety procedures and the lack of labour force availability. The total impact of COVID-19 has not been established, however there is currently an 8 week delay on shoring, excavation, and the sub-structure construction. The contractor is currently reviewing work phasing and sequencing options to make up lost time. The project is currently still expected to be completed on schedule and within the current Council approved budget."
