Notice of Approval Conditions was achieved on Feb, 27, 2017 for this site, but its Site Plan Approval is still under review.

Meanwhile, the development's website simply lists all proposed buildings as Future Development without any pages dedicated specifically to any of them going ahead at the moment.

Certainly an impressive complex, and those restaurants fronting Steeles don't prohibit future redevelopment potential.
 
Interesting development. There is lots of empty employment land here. However the traffic here at rush hour is horrendous and transit in the area is spotty and slow at best. I’m surprised a new office park development is going up here.
 
A few of the restaurant buildings have recently been completed or are near completion. Not sure exactly which ones while driving by on NB 404 offramp and Steeles.
