Winona Barton & Glover: a proposed subdivision of condominium-townhomes by Losani Homes on the southwest corner of Barton Street and Glover Road in the Winona neighbourhood of Stoney Creek, Hamilton.

ZBA & Subdivision currently under appeal with a 7-day merit hearing scheduled for July 17, 2023.

The new name for this project is Sweetberry and it will have a Farm-style townhouses also an urban townhouses

Hmm, interesting! I like the blend of modern and regular peaked roof. I find the wood at the top helps to soften it a bit.

The glass slats in the garage doors feels like a security issue however..

I couldn't get any pics because I was driving but they have been working at this site since March, seemed like just site preparation but in the last 5-6 weeks they have ramped up, still only 7-8 excavators, bulldozers dump trucks on site, I still wouldn't consider it under construction yet.

Hard to get good pics, most of the work is happening at the far end of the site.
