…and to the other point raised on the last page, I'm not sure why if the back wall is not concrete that there is no glazing there, but since there isn't, the back wall was used as the location for Southcore FC's major Per Cent for Public Art contribution, James Carpenter's Lake Light Threshold. Maybe the public art is the reason that the north side doesn't have a view over Union Station…

One is an office tower, one is a mixed use residential and office tower - what's the point in comparing them?
 
I love it when noobs compare buildings based on the main tenant.

Westbank is not done with Toronto and their use of BIG for their latest projects suggests Toronto is due for their own Westbank/Big partnership. One would hope too without the awkward tradition from office to residential as with Telus Sky.
