New renderings are updated in the database as shown above!

There are several changes in regards to the building height, total unit count, total parking count! The building storey count still remains the same at 11-storeys. The building height decreased from 42.17m to 38.00m. The overall unit counts increased from 230 units to 232unit. Finally, the total parking count dropped from 96 parking spaces to 95 parking spaces.

With Creeds confirmed to be moving to the base of Bianca Condos a few blocks west, the retail unit on site here is expected to be available on a short-term lease basis beginning on October 1st, 2022.

I spoke with a staff at Creeds who said they haven't been notified when the move over will definitely be yet, but they estimate it could be in August.

New renderings are updated in the database. The overall building height changed from 38.00m to 37.72m. The total unit count changed from 232 units to 253 units. Finally, the total parking spaces changed from 95 parking to 94 parking.

Lets go back to the Cover Letter here to see the full extent of the revisions and perhaps gain insight into some: (PS, at over 6Mb, I think Bousfields was trying to set a size record for a Cover Letter)

So, I see Planning agreed with me on the podium height..... (from the issue/response section of the Cover Letter)

Ugh, this bit gives me a headache, Planning and City policy encouraging a developer to water-down their streetscape to lesser City standards:

City wants 50k for a new Bikeshare dock in the area:

This one is the subject of a Decision Report - Approval Recommended to the next meeting of TEYCC;

Looks some more minor tweaks have happened:

Height increase to 12s, unit total to 256

Hmmm, the last Arch. Plans filed are from Sept '22, and show 11s.

Shrug.....

Maybe another UT'er can offer insight on that discrepancy.

New renderings are added to the database. Height changed from 37.72m to 43.37m. Storey count changed from 11-storey to 12-storey. Finally, the total unit count increased from 253 units to 256 units.

Rendering taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning.
