Wasn’t sure what this was, or which side it belonged to. But it was on the north side of the channel. Anyone have a clue?

Ah, I think I get it. So I assume this part of the process needed to be completed before posting public signage then?

That's a weird name to call this project though, goodness...
 
Eventually the Lake Shore Blvd and Gardiner sections along the canal will be rebuilt closer to the rail yard which will clear up space.
Isn’t the Gardiner realignment needed before that though? I feel like it be lost the thread on where that is. I know some plan at some point had buildings on the north side of Keating Channel.
 
Yeah both Gardiner and Lake Shore will need to be realigned, the plan is to have a walkable promenade and buildings on both sides of Keating for maximum waterfront space. Hopefully the planned developments will push the city to not delay this indefinitely.
