Not sure if they've officially been relaunched, but both Wellington House and Bauhaus by Lamb are barely hanging on to life support, if not already gone.

I like the tower and the podium separately but not together. Need to see more renderings.

If looking at this project in an architectural assessment only, I think it looks decent. A bit better than the two previous renditions design wise. Although, I would have preferred if the top section was continuous flowing black lines instead of the indented balcony grooves.

Saw some other pics on instagram. Looks pretty good. It's different and black in a sea of green and blue glass boxes. I'll give this one a thumbs up.
