As far as suburban retail developments (and their parking requirements) go these days, I think they did a pretty decent job here. Even though it's still pretty car-centric, I think it would still be an enjoyable place to be. It also looks like they've designed some of the buildings to look like old storefronts that have been modernized/renovated, which is maybe an odd choice but I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt here. Imagine if we had suburban plazas built like this in places like Burlington, Richmond Hill, or Whitby? We'd be drooling haha

Hyatt as an operator also adds confidence that the service will be at the level. I like when such projects are done with public space, and not just build a hotel and that's it. Once, when I was planning a trip to that region, I looked at different housing options and generally read a lot about travel services and platforms with different offers, and so I came across https://casinosanalyzer.com/free-spins-no-deposit/real-money where I just read how they describe bonus conditions and starting offers for users. This is purely out of curiosity about how different online services work. Now I'm curious about what this structure looks like now.

Are there any updated photos this year? I think if they open in 2026 and do everything well, it could become a popular place.
