wood (look?) soffits! Nice touch. The creamy precast "stone look" panels on the balconies don't look so great, but hopefully they'll weather and look a bit less artificial in a few seasons.

Just one as building is built almost to the sidewalk and hoarding is still up all around it. This is taking quite a while to complete.

The structure has been up a long time now but the finishing is taking an inordinate amount of time. Hopefully it\'s due to high end finishes that will make the cost and wait for these residences worthwhile.

...I wasn't expecting the back of it to look like this. Then again, I was paying more attention to its front parts...and not that I am complaining.
