Most units have many custom finishes. Balcony details. Pandemic. Having lots of money.

Person I know purchased pre-con in 2015...

Building is occupied although ground floor front windows still covered so cannot see front desk or reception. Sign indicates park beside this will be completed in 2023, but photos say otherwise.
