“That market continues to be very active and desirable,” he said.

“There will probably be fewer end-users, but the Distillery District is a very desirable location to live.”

The proposed development comprises a 32-storey mixed use building with retail and a privately-owned publicly accessible space at the ground floor, and a total of 485 residential units. A total of 213 parking spaces are proposed in three levels of underground parking, with access from a private lane off Parliament Street. A total of 486 bicycle parking spaces are proposed within the underground levels. The proposed unit mix is comprised of 48 studio units, 226 one-bedroom units, 150 two-bedroom units and 61 threebedroom units. A total of approximately 33,182 square metres of residential and 1,839 square metres of non-residential gross floor area is proposed, for a total of 35,021 square metres of gross floor area, and a total FSI of 8.95
