Looks like phase one occupants will be getting to move in really soon! About time… only took nearly 6 years to get this building done, but what else can we expect from the builder that’s been working on the 401

The site for Phase 2 has begun grading… when I was originally looking at units here the occupancy was saying fall 2023 lol

Photos were taken about an hour ago; I’ll try and go another day before sunset to get some better shots of the site
