Just got this email. “Clark Construction is removing the temporary slab at the building site of 1 Bloor West. This work will be happening from this point to May 22nd, 2020 between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm. Please be advised that this work will cause noise and vibration due to the heavy machinery they will be operating. If there are any changes, we will notify you of them.”

Yes. They started already and it is indeed noisy.

Ok you've peaked my interest. Where is the temp. slab, what was it for, and it must be a monster size if it is going to take 2 weeks to remove.

This is very temporary. Once that staging slab is gone, it'll soon after be replaced by a permanent floor slab with access from the alleyway off Balmuto St which will be the final vehicle courtyard.
