Sadly it's mostly the NIMBYs that bother to attend these events. More people like us on these forums should attend and speak out in favour of the developments to counter the NIMBYs.

From the presentation just now. By next summer, they anticipate the overhead protection around Bloor / Yonge across from 1BE will be removed, with the only construction site requirements being in front of the heritage building (shown in red below).

Funny how a councillor wanting affordable housing in a city where a run down small post-war two bedroom off St. Clair West (https://www.narcity.com/toronto/toronto-home-that-is-super-tiny-is-selling-for-12m) can be seriously listed for $1.2m is considered "activist".
