With how thick these walls and columns are, it's hard to imagine that the building is supposed to be able to sway in the wind, along with the tuned mass damper helping.

If your work asks for a business case to do this, then let them know there are countless forum members here that need your daily pictures of The One.
I was thinking of them having thaivic's office move up every time with conjunction of the raising of that crane. Although that may become an issue after 34th floor there... 😼
