it looks so hard to complete. investors must have balls of steel. so many things can go wrong with an ultra high rise

(elevator issues, needing high pressure toilets, garbage shoots, wind noise, building swaying).

this kind of reminds me of 432 park avenue

if they are ready to pour tmmrw then it will maintain 8 days slab to slab... and then next floor will be mech

I think they missed a corner floor pour.
I think you are referring to the floor just below the one being formed now? (See the red annotation below.) It is there and you can identify it by the dark square fixtures that will be used to attach the glass wall. The current forms are obviously extended beyond the area that will be poured and thus hide the floor below it.
