I'm surprised a back corner is clad in super-expensive glass panels.
Not much of a view from inside. Not very visible from the street.

Yes, that is true, but that is the entrance to the parking/hotel drop off I believe, so you would want it to look good as you enter the building.

Not to spoil the future of this building, but a key note of Mizrahi is that the garage doesn’t look like a garage. I’m not permitted to say much about it but it’s supposed to not feel like a garage.
