Hmm I hope their labor saving climbing rig will have make it faster than that. That in addition to the preassembled rebar supercolumns. Since at 2 weeks/floor, and 3 weeks/maintenance section, would put topping out at year end 2025, assuming no other delays.

A normal 200m+ condo is about 1 week per floor from what I understand. The One is obviously more complex, with more concrete, etc.,
I expect that all remaining non-maintenance floors will be completed at about one week per floor. (barring unforeseen circumstances.

We shall see, they haven’t done it yet. 12 days to pour a floor and walls is the quickest at this point. Shaving five days off that seems aspirational at best…

guessing we are pouring tuesday or wednesday, when was last floor pour?

surprised we have not seen cladding yet...

That would be 2 weeks floor to floor... meaning they wont top out for 130 more weeks or 3 years? they gotta get this down to 1 week a floor...

I think we might see cladding when we pass the first Mech level. The cladding will probably be a lot faster so they won't want to start too early and be waiting. Plus the corners are still a bit behind.
