Really appreciate the photo updates on this one with the aerial shots. I agree with @beautifulwar, reminds me of 432 Park Avenue, which didn’t go up without some hiccups and controversy. But as we know it was built and is an icon, no matter what your perspective is on the super tall billionaire’s row south of Central Park.

Most have some hiccups. One57 Park Avenue took 4 years to build from when they broke ground. A crane collapsed and they also had a fire.
