Are there any risk to the foundation when it's been sitting out in the open for that long? This project should be interesting for sure.

AFAIK, the design should still be the same. There also doesn't appear to be any resubmitted application materials for it requesting any major changes.

I'm not a structural engineer, but I don't expect there to be many fundamental issues. The pit has remained in the excavation stage for all this time. And they haven't poured any concrete for the foundation base yet.
 
Looks like London was the design head at Yabu Pushelberg for a number of years before he struck out on his own in 2019. He does sumptuous quite well!
