It's going to be a nice looking building when it's finished! Hardly any balconies which makes the facade look simple but effective from a distance. Can't wait to see it completed.

The metallic cladding looks somewhat like 121 Bloor East, just a few blocks west. Not sure when this building was built - maybe late '80s, early '90s? As I said several pages ago, retro.

Man!! The intensification of skyscrapers in the Yorkville area. Will surely become even more visual for miles. Even when driving south of the DVP from North York when all of these proposals are built. As seen in the photos up above.

Yup, the renderings are not very attractive. I guess it’s a pleasant surprise when a building in Toronto looks better than the renderings. Often it’s the other way round.
