Is it large? Check.
Is it blue-grey? Check.
Is it sufficiently dull? Check.

Does it offer absolutely nothing to the area other than an increased population? Check.

Another disappointing tower that will inevitably be approved.

Let's hope the DRP slaps it around a bit. EDIT: A lot.

Hmm, that render looks vaguely familiar:

Oh P+S, they are a gift to the city.

This also kind of looks like 88 Scott minus any of the setbacks.

It's bad, especially compared to the other proposals coming up in the hood. It might be more acceptable if it were anorexic, but probably not. I hope the DRP looks at this one.

Looks like one of those 'off-the-shelf' designs.. Has anyone got any updates on this building yet? I live in the area and haven't noticed any change. Even here, the last post is from Feb, 2013. Already past the 5month mark folks.. Anyone got any insider scoops? Would be awesome to get some info.

Thanks

387 Bloor is not an office building at all. It's been converted to residential condominiums. Must of cost a pretty penny to buy out the ten or so owners.

Man, I hope they come out with something that isn't so bland and dated... the roofline on that proposal is about as stodgy and cliched as it gets.
