Up to four floors now with building wood and this is the slowest hotel construction project in vaughan history ever.Target completion is 2028 (July 27, 2025)

The other hotel project in vaughan just 2.6km away which is the relocation of old Hilton Garden Inn to the new building that is under construction and it’s building quicker with the concrete forming than the Sandman project.
