would it be possible to include site plans for these low rise developments? I always feel like it's hard to get a good idea of a project like this without one.

Here is the "marketing" site plan from the brochure:

The existing commercial is a CIBC branch with Main Street to the north.

Not sure how I feel about 33 or 74... I prefer my home to be right-side up.

I think the CIBC could/should be incorporated into a mid-rise building, likely by another developer. The property in the top right was a vet until 2020 and has been vacant since, from what I can see on Google Earth and Streetview. You could comfortably fit a building along Main Street and a park in the rear of the old vet's property

I don't normally follow these threads but this one caught my eye since I used to live in the area many moons ago.

I often get a kick out of the renders; they make everything look so leafy and green.

I suppose the CIBC could be redeveloped, but a developer can only develop that which they own, and perhaps the bank is quite happy where they are.

IIRC the CIBC is only a few years old in itself. I don’t imagine it’s going anywhere.
