I got a call to go in and sign. I think I'm putting down 5% or 18k so it's pretty close. I don't really remember the details of the different options. I followed the calculations but didn't remember everything.

Have you signed? I'm all set. Recently checked out Cranbrooke. I have to say it is gorgeous! Better than I expected. You should give that condo a visit..now I hope our condo will be just as well designed or even better! They have a beautiful marble counter at concierge. Love the soft curtains and electric fireplace all in the lobby.

Great density in a location with very good accessibility to downtown. Now if only the Canadian Tire site were redeveloped- it's huge and even closer to the station.

Any new exterior shots? Seems pretty utilitarian; however, I hear the views of the skyline are impeccable.
