At the end of the second quarter of this year, the office GLA was 86% leased to nine knowledge-based organizations. Almost a major milestone, but not quite yet. Getting ready to take down the tower crane from The Well's office tower. The jitney crane (sorry - do not know the proper technical term) is now being installed on the roof. The main three legged structure of the jitney crane has been set up, and the tower crane is just lifting its operating mechanics into place.
