it's crazy how small the northern buildings look from that angle, yet when you see pictures from the ground right beside them they look massive

In my perfect fantasy world Draper would be closed to traffic and turned into a pedestrian woonerf with restaurants and small shops occupying the older houses. Replace the street with brick pavers, install some catenary lighting and lots of plants.
Yup! The city likes to keep it as a historical novelty street with single family homes. Surrounded by highrises and skyscrapers.
