I am sure another development will block some of them out from this view eventually. If not the whole BIG site doing that.
Yes, my view will be completely obstructed when KING goes up right in front...Not that I'm complaining, I'll have something really nice and unique to look at every morning #knock on wood.

In terms of materials, i think they did a good job overall. I like the brick, pavers, precast, terra cotta and ceramic (?, being used on the arched building). The glass is great on the residential point towers, okay on the office building but the window wall-spandrel mix on the low rises is a miss. However, given the glazing horrors I've seen elsewhere in this City (the taylor ...) with little to compensate for, i can personally let this slide.
 
Yea. Overall this comes together just fine. Some specific areas definitely could've been done better, but overall the quality is still pretty high across the board here. Miles better than anything in the near vicinity
