Of interest to me is that the TCHC building(s?) to the south are not listed or designated in the City's heritage register.

Makes me wonder when you see the interest at the Winslow whether there are deals to be made.

I like the existing Yonge St. facing character.

Just a curious observation.
 
Frankly, I was upset enough when the red brick apartment building was demolished among the site requirements for the Winslow, so I can only hope the the couple to the south can at least be maintained as is however possible.
 
They're targeting occupancy for June 2023:

The Winslow, a boutique nine-storey, 67-unit, high-end condo at 2781 Yonge St., between Blythwood Road and Lawrence Avenue, has a handful of unsold units remaining and is targeting occupancy for June 2023.
