This thread will be used for the site of 4-10 Overlea Boulevard within the Thorncliffe Park Transit-Oriented Community. A proposed 56 & 24-storey mixed-use residential & retail building designed by SvN Architects for Infrastructure Ontario on the north side of Overlea Boulevard, east of Thorncliffe Park Drive.
