This bench in the POPS courtyard looks set to become the home for rats, racoons or litter. What's the hole for?

Great to hear that Front is done! Maybe a few more retail tenants? Maybe?
There are "tenants and tenants' and I have strong doubts that either of us will be terribly interested in any who move here! We really have an excess of nail salons, dentists, pot shops and dry cleaners in the immediate neighbourhood and these are the kinds of places that have low set-up costs and thus prepared to sign leases.

The newly planted trees on Front look very sick and dry, clearly they were not watered and the underground watering system looks as though it has not been connected. Pemberton at their best!
I noticed the same, they looked good Saturday, wilted on Sunday. I haven't been by since to see how bad it is now.

Many of the trees are in bad shape already. I noticed they already removed most of the tall trees from the courtyard as they died immediately. Here’s a couple more on Sherbourne that are already too far gone.

There's a lot of trees not doing well near the lake as well; on Jarivs and within Sugar Beach as well.

The trees on the promenade at Sugar Beach seemed to have been infected with something last year that was spreading rapidly. I never made it down there this summer to see if it had been stopped.
