This is an interesting piece of heavy equipment being employed by Keller Geotechnical. More below;

Looks perhaps like they are assembling re-bar cages for the piles.

Keller Geotechnical is involved in setting piles/columns using vibro-compaction and dynamic deep compaction. The yellow tower is their special grout mixer used to create a more stable soil-cement matrix. It would appear that the soil here is particularly weak and requires intervention in order to allow for the heavy foundation. Not sure at which depth bedrock/strata is encountered at this site.
