Developer said, that the Gladstone street would be converted to one-way.

1. I hope they would be some space to add tree-line like that (there are no space right now).
2. The sidewalk would it be a stone or asphalt?
3. It would be nice to see the new traffic plan at Gladstone

It looks like FreshCo will meet the heavy competitor Metro in this corner and side would require to be developed.

Hopefully the builder can obtain that corner lot if they haven't already.

^^ Those two corner buildings add urban context and provide space for restaurants/shops other than the type you get in a condo development (bank, shoppers, dry cleaner etc)? ^^ The little house could become an ice cream shop. Why do we feel the need to knock down all of our old contextual buildings in the name of "progress"?

Because it looks strange as ****. A corner lot with the same massing would serve as an anchor to the block.
