Site Plan Approval for the renovation and expansion of the existing Health and Wellness Centre within the Koffler building at the University of Toronto. The proposed addition will include 800 square metres of non-residential gross floor area for a total of 11,166 square metres.

I guess the addition will be on the roof? Tight site - doesn't look like much room around the building to add on to.
 
They need to be really careful with the design to ensure that it's sympathic to the original architecture. The existing building, built as the city's largest Carnegie library, is beautiful and historic. It was Toronto's central reference library before TRL opened at Yonge and Bloor in the 1970s.
 
New renderings are updated in the database! The only information changed is the building height where the overall height increased from 17.24m to 17.73m.
