Such a cool looking building.
The only unfortunate thing is that it isn't featured in a more prominent area like the waterfront.
But I'll take it as it is. Love it.
 
I don't know, right by the Ontario Legislature and one of the few ceremonial axis of the city is plenty prominent.

Also, certainly on weekdays, College and University has dramatically more foot traffic than anywhere along the waterfront does. The MaRS and Hydro buildings actually provide a ton of foot traffic, as well as the other hospital, university, and medical research buildings -- this is actually a highly visible and trafficked part of town, and this structure will only add to its vibrancy.
 
While our photos are more recent, the Dec '21 update (going to the next meeting of the Business Board of U of T) has some info on the project that might interest some.
