Wow, surprised no comments on this one.

28 and 35 this close to Mt. Pleasant? This will have people freaking out. For context, the Density Creep controversy was just 250m north of this site I believe.

Reading through the development application. Looks like it is 118m and 98m for the two towers. (@DonValleyRainbow )

At least it looks like there will be a lot more family sized units in this one. 1/3 of the units are Two-bedroom or larger.

26 Bachelor (3.2%)
400 One Bedroom (48.7%)
124 One Bedroom + Den (15%)
237 Two Bedroom (28.8%)
18 Two Bedroom + Den (2.2%)
17 Three Bedroom (2.1%)

Besides that, it looks like 261 Parking Spaces, 826 Bicycling parking spaces spread over two parking levels.

So 100 Broadway is to be demolished and redeveloped alongside this property then?
It will be the site of the rental building, covering replacement units for its own site along with the ones for this site… and a pile more units…

There was quite the marketing launch for this at Yonge Dundas Square this morning, with most of the video screens around the square (and all the audio) synched up for a big announcement that Pharrell Williams is designing this Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties joint venture in collaboration with IBI Group on architecture and U31 on interior design. More info and video coming soon, but here's a couple of initial images:
