Look at 3. Purchaser Termination Period
This could come into play as KSV honouring agreement, if they cannot meet dates then we are entitled!!
Which they won’t lol.

They will increase price, increase construction time, but it won’t matter because we will cancel agreements and get deposits back in May 🥳

With interests and probably delay construction as project will go ahead.. maybe a class lawsuit from everyone., still no response from KSV, probable going to court for new dates..

Seems like KSV is taking their time on Uptowns. Another vandyk project is sold (41 Wabash). Upcoming motion requesting approval of the sales from the court.

I wonder when we'll hear back on Uptowns.

Think the dates and prices screw them so maybe have to get court approval for that and not only decide well to complete project..

Yeah the Uptowns seems like they’ll have two choices:

1) ask buyers for more time and money, or

2) cancel project

#1 won’t happen

USA and Canada probably in cahoots on this .. USA doubles profits , Canada keeps its real estate market up with the lumber inflation

Then what’s the problem with building uptown’s for what we paid for on contract price lol

Raw materials have come way down
Remember uptown would not that much lumber as majority walls would be concrete prefab slabs plus have no idea whats the holdup

I don’t know the numbers .. did concrete really get that much more expensive, and not come back down?
