love the way it accentuates the flow of Bloor St as it changes direction coming west off the viaduct. great location but living on the north side would be non stop traffic below 18 hours a day...

Today. One of the fastest moving projects right now. 9th floor completed on the east tower and 6th floor being formed on the west tower.

Some pictures from my 20th floor balcony at 77 Howard St., each towers distinctive floor plate now evident...they start at 5am, and go until 8 pm every day, so much for sleep, but it’s a rare opportunity to watch a project grow right below you. Soon, I’ll have to look up, and thankfully, they won’t block our sun, or much of our view.
