Quadreal has engaged in pre-consultation with the City of Vaughan regarding Block 1E of the VMC at the northwest corner of Jane & Interchange Way. Contemplated is 45, 40 & 38-storeys and a total of 1631 residential units with parkland on the western side of the site above the Line 1 tunnel.
