lolz, I posted it first on twitter, as I happened to walk by the site at 1am last week....
However, it's true I like to be one of the first to know about new projects; the same goes for new cars--car spy shots etc are great!

I'm not sure how sales are going but the presentation centre is still open and construction has not yet commenced.

According to the condo website, it is currently 60% sold.
On a side note, we really need a project like this for the SW corner of Dupont/Symington, along with numerous other locations in this area.
