Waterdown Industrial Park: a proposed 3-building industrial, warehouse and accessory office development designed by Baldassarra Architects for Panattoni on the north side of Highway 5, west of Highway 6 and east of Coreslab Drive in the Clappison's Corners area of Waterdown, Hamilton.

This site immediately east of the new AAG HQ at 63 Highway 5, which opened last month:

3 Site Plan Applications corresponding to the individual lots have been submitted:
DA-21-134:
To develop an industrial warehouse building with a total GFA of 7,857 m2 including offices, on Lot 1 (2.4 ha in size). Includes 32 parking spaces, and staging/unloading trailer space. Access to the site via driveway from Solar Dr and Street ‘A’

DA-21-135:
To develop an industrial warehouse bldg. that is 13,021 m2 in size on Lot 3 of Draft Plan. Access to site via the extension of Solar Dr. Includes 66 parking spaces and truck loading bays. Potential future expansion of 4900 m2 to the rear of the bldg.

DA-23-071:
To develop a 3,716 m2 warehouse with associated office uses. Includes 53 parking spaces.

Preliminary site activity was occurring when Google Street View passed by in September 2023:

There are no public permits under 43 Hwy 5 W.

Anyone been by recently or have more info?
